Reflection on the DTI Experience:
I did not know what to expect from the course. I was drawn to the title (I saw the word food ). I was so impressed with the flow of the class. From the professor, to the guest lecturers, to my “classmates”, to the hands-on experience of creating a dish together. What an awesome way to teach about a subject and address all modalities/styles of learning.
Thank you DTI. My first course but certainly not my last.
