Reflection on the DTI Experience:
DTI has been one of the most meaningful professional development opportunities I’ve participated in. My experience in DTI has pushed me to expand my professional knowledge and find new ways to implement culturally relevant instruction. My favorite part of participating in the seminar was engaging with my cohort’s diverse perspectives, which enriched my understanding of complex issues relevant to today’s society. Beyond theoretical insights, DTI provided me with a robust toolkit of practical resources designed to enhance student learning. The program’s emphasis on actionable strategies has empowered me to implement immediate and impactful changes in my teaching practice.
